history...
Most of our customers come to us by word of mouth and
have been with us for many years. I am 51 years
old and still service one of my first customers from
when I was only 20 years old.
We pride ourselves on maintaining our customers'
business. When we develop a relationship with a
customer, we are never interested in a quick "hit and
run". We want a long term relationship. We
specialize in service-related work within restaurants,
factories, office buildings, medical buildings and
residences. We are NOT affiliated with any
commercial general contractors; our relationship is with
our customer. We do have a close relationship with
one general contractor in the high-end residential
sector. That relationship usually includes
high-end remodels and occasionally a high-end new house.
Within our established accounts we handle new equipment
installations, organizational moves of old equipment and
trouble shooting of problems.
